I was responsible for Office Management (PTCL, Electricity power, Sui Gas, Drinking Water and Photocopier Machine Billings), daily ZTE + HRS + Sub Contractor's employees attendance, in Admin Department, Drivers Claims, Fixed Assets Controllers, ZTE + HRS Employees Claims + Borrows + Expenses submitting to Finance Department, Making weekly report, staff information, car fuel consumption report, driver’s weekly attendance in IT department, computer trouble shooting, windows XP installation, ZTE Company Lotus installation and configuration.
 I am performing my services as Sr. Outsourcing Officer. Till now I have managed all the documents of sub contractors, sent warning, penalty and cancellation notices to the concerned subcontractors and kept the records as well.
