Duties/Responsibilities:
Working to buildup a good workplace safety and health culture, Ensure to proceed work as per SOP, Identify the all workplace hazard and make a goods risk assessment, Make a perfect Job Safety analysis and SOP, Make all kind of safety documents daily, weekly & monthly. Keep all kind of documents for future records. Make proper workplan for upcoming new works. Review risk assessment after finding new hazard, if change method statement, if happen any accident incident or near miss. Make a perfect safety policy as per project condition or clint demand. Attending daily weekly and monthly meeting. Handling clint perfectly etc.

Conduct effective TBM daily basis. Working for maintain a good workplace safety and health culture. Ensure to proceed work as per SOP. Identify the all workplace hazard and take control measures as per hazard and risk. Follow the Job Safety analysis and SOP and proceed work as per documents. Maintain all kind of checklist and documents. Keep record all kind of safety documents daily, weekly & monthly. Keep all kind of documents for future records. Inform/report about new hazard, if change method of work, if happen any accident incident or near miss. Attending daily weekly and monthly meeting. Handling clint perfectly etc. Arrange on site training continuously if find any unsafe act and conditions. Work for reduced all kind of unsafe act & Conditions.
