RESPONSIBILITIES:
I- PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
1. Plan and schedule the project. Set up milestones and deadlines
2. Follow up & coordination between manufacturer and customer
3. Provide status reports to managers
4. Delegate appropriate tasks to the appropriate employees
5. Attend the FAT test and sign I&TC certificates.
6. Supervise on the subcontractor field work
7. Take immediate action in response to the field engineers requirements (Parts, Old drawings, material procurement, equipment)
8. Administrative work:
obtain, fill up and sign the PAC, TCC, FAC certificates
obtain SEC ID cards for Subcontractors
9. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
10. Issue expense report for the project
11. Write appreciation letter to the project stakeholders.
12. Gather Lesson learned and write recommendations
13. Follow up with the customer on payment completion
14. Obtain appreciation certificate from customers.
II- CONSULTANCY AND STUDIES
Consultancies and studies in SCADA systems renewable solar energy and new power plant technologies like “Circulized Fluidized Bed technology”.
III- BIDDING PACKAGES PREPARATION:
1. Select the tender and propose it to the company management
2. Write letter to the client to manifest the company interest in participating in this tender
3. Submit the list of requirements for prequalification to participate in the tender
4. Obtain the tender documents.
5. Study carefully the scope of work of the tender and understand the requirements.
6. Contact supplier and get quotations.
7. Estimate quotation for the installation work and the transportation.
8. Obtain bank guarantee (write Letter to the bank)
9. Prepare a complete bidding package including commercial part and technical part
10. Follow up with the client to reclaim the bank guarantee

1. Study carefully every RFQ understand the requirements and the technical specifications.

3. Estimate quotations considering company profit mark-up percentage, transportation charges and freight charges.
4. Submit quotations through bidding portal in case of low value RFQ’s or by sending quotation packages to the bid box in case of high value RFQ’s
5. Write & Prepare PO’s for suppliers.

MASTER’S DEGREE IN AUTOMATIC & INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER SCIENCE FROM THE NATIONAL ENGINEERING SCHOOL OF SFAX (TUNISIA) The modules of this master include topics like: intelligent control design and optimization of complex Systems (ICOS) Advanced Control, Energy management research; Systems intelligent Stability, Identification of Systems, Non-Linear Systems, Estimation of Stochastic System, etc. The module is concluded by a Research Thesis : “Parametric and State Estimation of Dynamic Systems Described by State Space Models”
