My job tasks were including the following:
-Collecting various fees such as: Tuition, Housing Fees and other fees from students as per University policies.
-Based on students inquiries we calculate tuition fees by considering type of college, number of credit hours, calculation of dorms fees by taking in consideration type of dorms and so on.
-Complete end of the day cash count, current dated cheques, post dated cheques, and visa card.
-Confirm clearance certificates for graduated students by checking all the charges and payments recorded properly.
-Various penalties were recorded in students accounts such as add and drop penalties, and cancellation of registration

Internship programs included overview knowledge for the Government industry and function. I gained Knowledge related to financial analysis, financial control and customer services. As well as the following:
o Financial reports showing the financial position and performance
o Management reports and budgeting
o Analyzing financial information to ensure processes are functioning effectively and efficiently.
o Compare, analyze, and assess data obtained for evidence of control.
o Manage upset customers, conflicts and challenging situations
o Handle customers inquiries, complains, billing questions and payment extension/services requests.
