OPERATION & MAINTENANCE:-
• Maintenance In-Charge for 10 Nos. of ASU and Hydrogen production unit Electrical system in West &
North India.
• Preventive, predictive, corrective & shutdown Maintenance of different: Electrical EHV (132 KV, 100 KV
, 66 KV, 33KV) HV Switchgear, Substation, Transmission line & cable, Transformers, capacitors,
Rectifier, Rectifier Transformer. UPS, Battery Charger & AC Drives.
• Maintenance and installation of LV/MV equipment like Transformer, motors, generators, Control and
Distribution apparatus (PCC, MCC & CRP), Circuit breakers. Testing & failure reporting on Protection
Relays for Generators, Transformers, Bus bar and Motors.
• Analysis of Relay settings calculations.
• Root causes analysis (RCA) for failure of Distribution system & equipment failure through Failure Mode
and Effects Analysis (FMEA) & casual tree analysis and find out corrective action points.
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and other quantitative techniques to choose the specific
technology to be use to lower the probability of failure to acceptable limits.
• Identify & evaluate testing and preventive measures for Electrical System reliability through CBM
(Condition Based Monitoring) like RFI testing, Ultrasound testing, Oil sample testing for transformers
(EHV/ HV/LV).
• Analysis of & Carried out different Electrical testing for different Electrical Equipments.
• Completion of Corrective maintenance finding after RCA.
• Making SOP for critical jobs carried out inside the plant for special / non-routine assignments.
• Preparation of PM, CM through SAP PM Module.
• Coordinate & conduct Internal and external audit e.g. ISO audit & Reliability audit.
• Support to the other plants in my region during emergency. Investigate the issues, Technical support,
and EMOC approval for these sites.
• Turn around maintenance & overhaul transformer, breaker at site.
PROECT MANAGEMENT:-
• Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical Document &
Identify requirements and scope of work; review specifications and Data Sheets, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs),
Control Wiring Diagrams, Control logics, review of techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment,
material and man hour estimates. Provide clarification and guidance and technical support to construction
sites and commissioning engineers, provide startup assistance as required.

• Monitored Operations & Maintenance of Power plant as a Shift In-Charge. Running the plant in shift.

including cooling tower.
