Duties:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at office.
• Typing documents, dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Organizing business travel, itineraries and accommodation for managers.
• Coordinating and arranging meetings and diary schedules.
• Managing the flow of paperwork and communication with partners.
• Carrying out routine administrative duties like photocopying, faxing, printing, filing and scanning.

2- Sales Manager

Duties:

• Work with clients (assist clients as they enter office and via phone) analyzes their needs and desires.
• Work with partners.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, internal clients and community partners.
• Extend the client database.
• Determining individual and team sales goals.
• Developing and coordinating best practice for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
• Commercial calculations of wallpapers, doors, and floors, and project commercial calculations.
