Responsible for organizing and supervising team of five, all of the HR, administrative and planning department activities (Recruitment, Training, Performance, Employee relations and policies, Grievance, Compensation and Benefits, Employee welfare, CSR..) that facilitate the smooth running of an office and team coaching, support Line Managers and drive processes’ improvement, talent acquisition and organization development, in addition to planning and executing marketing communication activities like group website, newsletters, analysis, videography, exhibition planning (objectives and concept, registration, stand, marketing, corporate items, logistics, invitations).
I have managed human resource and administration activities across 3 companies in Dubai and Sharjah, in addition to planning and executing full company relocation and expansion to Dubai World Central (Dubai South) free zone in 2011 (re-structuring, HR department set up, hiring, training and development, succession planning, employee relations, administration, quality audit, legal, facilities management, supplier outsource etc.). 3rd biggest employer after FedEx and Aramex from 2011 to 2012 in DWC. Represented the company at DWC HQ over 4 years in relation to admin/visa, legal, construction and engineering, facilities, finance, sales/rent.
