• Carrying the role of Corporate Quality Head for all Quality & compliance activities for 3 manufacturing facilities including the role of Corporate Management Representative (MR) for QMS Implementation.
• Lead the QA/QC team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectation.
• Key team member for development and product qualification of Geomembrance liners.
• Role of a Technical Head for in-house testing and quality control laboratory activities which is accredited by NABL & the Geosynthetic Accreditation Institute Laboratory Accreditation Program (GAI-LAP).
• Work with third-party Lab to conduct technical assessment, correlation testing on high risk projects.
• Issue product conformity test plan and shipment inspection specification, coordinate the product testing and approval of the result.
• Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure.
• Co-ordination with suppliers for third party Technical & Ethical Audits. Taking Internal audits for Heath &
Safety of two units & ISO 9001:2018. Taking CAPA for Ethical & social compliance Audit observations.
• Responsible for overall QA/QC/QMS & Compliance Management of two set up working for HASBRO & FERRERO.
• Lead the QA/QC team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectation.
• Conduct failure analysis, handle customer complaint and develop corrective action plan according Root cause analysis and set for preventive measurement.
• Liaise with internal Development department/ Cross functional teams to fulfil product requirements during development, Pilot product lots & Ramp up production.
• Conduct manufacturing process auditing /Internal audit for Technical compliance, Safety & Hygiene, Global security verification,
• Working as a Technical Manager for Lab to perform testing as per Safety & Reliability Specification & Self inspection programme (SIP) to perform Internal Inspection & Customer inspection.
• Accompany Manufacturing audits & customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure.
• Product safety compliance during new product development.
• Issue product conformity test plan and shipment inspection specification, coordinate the product testing and approval of the result.
• Conduct manufacturing process auditing, setup process control and safety plan for new factory assessment

• Analysis the product qualities and customer complaints through number of test projects & analysis.
• Testing of product for application in plastics before sampling & allocation.
• Installation & calibration of testing equipment in Lab for plastic application.
• Arrange Tool box meetings & monthly safety talk to foster risk free practices in Lab and office area.
• Responsible for implement, manage & continually improve the company Quality Management System.
• Responsible for implementing of 5’S in TSS dept. and adjacent areas.

Master in Business Administration with a specialization course of Total Quality management.
3 Years full time graduation cource in Science with Chemistry as core subject.
