Job Description: Duties includes closing & opening, training & monitoring, -menu knowledge, received regular vendor deliveries from the suppliers, check specifications, quality and quantity of the received items as per invoice.
Tasks includes ordering, financial planning, supervising employees, maintaining sanitation standards in public areas, kitchen, beverages preparation areas and monitoring safety

Maintain operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of merchandise, and keeping warehouse inventory
To ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, guests service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are completed & in place accordance to company’s policy & chain operation manual
Follow the FIFO, FEFO system for all items on storage also responsible for managing inventory weekly, reordering necessary within budget and controlling and booking all invoices. To check and control on kitchen wastage
Enforce company’s policies and procedures, cleaning, including health, safety, and security.
To conduct quality control and monitoring fresh product delivery also to maintain contact with kitchen staffs, management, serving staff and guests concerns on food quality.
Trained and supervised food and beverages service staffs. Utilize computers to track orders, food sanitation, manage inventory.
Effectively lead and motivate employees through implementation of in-house training and incentive plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employees satisfaction.
Supervise the cleaners and maintenance team; also supervise the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations also trains staffs for basic food safety, PPE & QA. It also includes personnel hygiene and grooming standards for each staff
