LOGISTICS & SHIPPING: Responsible to handle import shipments of all Spare Parts for ISPC factories.
**Copied in all Purchase Orders to maintain a follow-up data for timely dispatch from Supplier.
**Follow-up with suppliers & take material details to decide mode of shipment once it is ready.
**Follow-up suppliers for draft shipping documents as per requirements & nominate Carrier for Air / Sea / Courier shipment.
**Track the shipment until Customs Clearance is completed and delivered to factory.
SUPPLIER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT: Responsible for complete management of SRM function.
**Dealing with registration requests from new suppliers (walk in & through company website)
**Analyze potential & strength of interested party & assist to complete registration requirements.
**Ensure that all Prequalification Requirements are met completely by Foreign and Local Suppliers.
**Initiate & follow-up approval process, once all requirements for registration are met.
**After final approval, create account for new Supplier in SAP System and inform all concerned.
**Periodically review, analyze & refine supplier data in SAP to ensure effective Procurement.
**Analyze Procurement Trends for critical & routine products and report to Management.
**Monitor the Price Trends using data from SAP and prepare analytical reports.
**Conduct Surveys with Suppliers, to further improve the quality of PRs, Logistics and Shipping, Payment procedures by identifing areas of improvement to be suggested to related.
**Coordinate with Buyers to improve Sourcing

Reporting & Follow-up
•Liaise with owners and team members of all workstreams, created to implement new strategy & collect updates on progress

•Special reports on update of strategy implementation for Executive Committee & Board of Directors.

Communication
•Drafting of Memos or Admin Instructions or Letters related to internal or external matters as required by the Director EPST Department
•Communicate effectively with other staff members in ICD or other entities in IDB Group as per requirement of different projects or workstreams, through email, fax or phone; for in-time completion of all departmental tasks
•Correspond with International Consulting Firms & individual consultants around the world, Prepare & initiate RFP/RFQ, organize all selection procedures till final selection and post-selection follow up until the decided deliverables are achieved for a particular project.
•As per the strategy implantation plan, organize and conduct the Communication Sessions for all ICD staff in order to enhance the strategy awareness and to increase their motivation levels.
•Designed & prepared “Monthly Newsletter” for ICD staff members to be circulated through email, from EPST Department containing highlights of progress made by each workstream and other related news.

•Carry out the detailed research work for different reports and studies on various topics
•Preparation of professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, with innovative and professional ideas as required by the Director
