Carry out day to day, routine, weekly, quarterly and annual preventive electrical maintenance activities for electrical control circuits, battery chargers, Inverters transformers, Switchgears/breakers and motors in the plant to ensure their availability and reliability.
Commissioning & Overhauling of Generator, Maintains field electrical related equipments included the preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical Motor’s, Diesel / Generator’s, transformers, Boilers, Air compressors, UPS & Batteries Bank, Electrical protection relays, switch gear etc.
Installation and planned maintenance of PLC and DCS Panels & Un-interrupted Power Supply & Batteries of Solar System
Installation and planned maintenance of Emergency Generators & its ATS Panels.
Implementation and maintenance of corrective maintenance works for the power units in the plant as per manufacturers recommendations to ensure unit availability and maintainability.
Troubleshooting in case of Breakdown / Major Fault in Electrical System & Fault Analysis.
Prepares reports on overhauls, abnormalities, shutdowns and condition of electrical maintenance works. Ensure that accurate records exist of all maintenance activities and unit condition.
Strictly follow the SOP, Safety Policy, and Work Permit System.
Maintaining Safety records& safety site visit.
Safety evaluation(Risk Assessment &Safety tool box talks)
Familiar with Test gauge, Dew point meter, Purity meter, SF6 Analyzer, SF6 Gas Leak detector, Megger, Micro ohmmeter, Timer set, Oxygen analyzer.
Maintain and Alter Diagram of Electricity Networks and all its Taggings.
