Doing machine change over for a specific brand
Attending to breakdowns in least possible time to minimize downtime
Ordering of spares and liaising with machine/equipment suppliers for special services
Responsible for providing a safe working environment for other workers
Attaining a plus 80% machine availability
Attaining set OPIs or production Targets
Training and coaching machine Operators and Apprentices in Brewing, Packaging and Bottling departments.
