• Coordinate and manage the reporting and meeting issues with Eni side .
• Coordinate and manage the training courses for the team in Eni training Centre .
• Manage All H&S issues for Lafarge plants in KRG (Kurdistan).
• Preparing of annual action plans, and follow up the implementation of their elements.
• Development of training programs for staff, such as plant managers, drivers, operators, maintenance staff…etc.
• Assessment and follow up leading and lagging KPIs
• Establishment of communication and reporting system.
• Preparing of all documents associated with our executed projects such as risk assessment, job safety analysis, and monthly, weekly and daily reports
• Preparing of all our hse instructions and requirements and inform it for all our employees including sub- contractors.
• Executed some of training courses for our staff including subcontractors.
• Prepare a plan to monitoring and inspection to insure of the completely commitment for all’s with hse instructions.
• Prepare a plan to enforcement our hse instructions in all our work sites which include but not limited (zb 185, zb77, zb190, zb 57, zb90, zb 113, zb97, zb112, etc.).
• Preparation of safety plans for all professional group companies.
• Preparation and implementation for plan and reports associated with eni company work which Include:
Safety requirements for three rented warehouse by eni.
Handling and storage for chemical materials.
Handling and storage for electrical and mechanical equipments.
Handling and storage for oil pipe in the yards.
• Preparation and implementation of employees training plan which is includes :
Types of Training such as (Classroom instruction, Job-site safety meetings, On-the-job training written instruction or training materials.
Specialized Hazard Control Training which is include instruction related to biosafety, chemical hygiene, radiation safety, use and care of respiratory protection, asbestos awareness, etc.
General Safety Training which is includes office safety, fire safety, and general hazard awareness.
Training by Supervisors who responsible for developing and presenting job-specific safety training sessions dealing with an employee's unique job assignment.
Frequency of Training employees shall be provided with safety-related instructions.
• Professional development of safety plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Preparation of all plans and reports for Iraq Crude Oil Export Expansion Project such as( hse plan, emergency plan, job safety analysis, risk assessment, daily and weekly and monthly reports … etc
• Implementation Of Toolbox Talk and daily hse inspection and equipments inspection and new employments induction for Iraq crude oil export expansion project.
• Monitoring to insure that all hse procedure and all main contractor requires are applied in site of project.
Design, planning and implementation of all electrical works for the rehabilitation of the residential village at Basra International Airport, which is included the following:
• Install 11kv overhead for a distance of 3 km and linking it to the high tension circuit breakers system.
• Rehabilitation of two transformers with 1000 KVA for each one.
• Lay of 500 M underground low voltage cables with all preparation and joints works.
• Supply and install all needed low voltage circuit breakers.
• Design and execution all control panels for sewage system.
Rehabilitation of cooling tower for Abulkhaseeb fertilizer factory. Which included the following?
• Supply and install 220 KW motors and connect them with 6.6 KV.
• Supply and install different types of exhaust fans.
• Execution of all wiring works.
Rehabilitation of 33/11 KV kur al zubair distribution substation. Rehabilitation of 33/11 artawy distribution substation.
Al Janoob iron pipe factory.
• Elaboration of studies on the possibility of the installation and operation of the plant producing iron pipes.
• Study the Schemes of the plant in detail.
• Execution all the electrical work to supply the power for the plant.
• Completion of more than 60% of the operating plant. Then completed the work in collaboration with the Germans advisers.
