*Played a Key Role in the Organization Growth with the Successful Execution and Award of Three Mega Projects.
*Entrusted with the entire responsibility of project execution from conception to completion as Acting as a Project Manager, Coordinating and Direct Interfacing with High Prestigious Professional Clients as EGA, ALBA, SNC-Lavalin, BECHTEL, ABB, DEWA, ADWEA, Belfinger DB, GE-ALSTOM, Rocwell Automation, Abudhabi Airports (ADAC).
*Development of the Construction Execution Plan (CEP), pre-mobilization checklist, stang plans, construction sequence, construction schedules, Site Facilities & Resources and construction estimates.
*Oversaw area of the Lighting Maintenance projects, as a Maintenance Team Leader. Communicated between maintenance technicians and business partners which included Production, Facilities, and Engineering.
*To facilitate safe and efficient Environment for personnel and sub-contractors service providers at all work locations associated with the project.
*Managing procurement operations and enhancing operational efficiency by eliminating obsolescence and achieving cost reduction through vendor development, curbing rework & rejection, materials management and inventory control.
*Preparation of Projects Management Plane, Including but not Limited to Developing Schedule, Budget, Risk, Resources, and Procurement Management Plans .
*Monitoring and Control the Plans and productivity of the Execution, schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance; providing recommendations and institute measures for improvement by
modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
*Commercial Project Management and Controlling including ongoing analysis of plan/actual deviations on project level and within WBS, ongoing update of project calculation, timely invoicing and payment follow up, regular project reviews/status meetings, project reporting as required.
*Managing of Multidisciplinary Subcontractors, Coordination, Directing, and Facilitate all the Requirements.
*Successful Handling for Several Projects Lead to an Internal Promotion to a Site Manager.
*Managing of Larg3 Scale Projects Erections, Erections Inspections, Managing the Team and Arranging the Resources.
*Initiating and Preparation of Works Methods Statements and Risk assessments, providing technical support for Supervisors and Technicians.
Provide technical advice and cost estimates to projects and proposals.
*Manage and coordinate multi discipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
*Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
*Engineering of the Project Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Requirements as Shop drawings, Load Calculations, Instruments Selections, Control System Design and PLC & SCADA Programming.
*Perform testing for electrical / instrument equipment, generate testing reports, and assist contractors in punch point closeouts.
•Maintenance and Installation of various medical devices including Powerd and Manual ones such as Wheelchairs, Patient Lifts, Massage devices and other.
•Sales Representative and Exhibitions participation
