Determine office goals and objectives, including recruiting needs, sales goals and expansion needs through a well developed business plan. Determine organizational structure of office and managing all recruiting efforts of the company. Budget and cost expenditures. Assist sales associates in setting individual goals and objectives. Acting as liaison between company and regional office and related broker to broker disputes and commissions. Conduct performance reviews of staff. In charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Member of the Company’s Senior Executive Staff. Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis. Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing. Develops, or participates with the Senior Staff, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company. Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company. Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company. Establishing the company, and closing all the distribution contracts with the mother companies, local and multinational firms. Managing all financial and operational matters, working side by side with accounting and warehouse managers, so as to deliver the right expected business goals to our agents and concurrently to the Egyptian taxation system, employees and insurance. Further more, closing deals and signing contracts with both local and multinational companies such as; Schlumberge, Nestlé, Coca -cola, Americana, Heinz Egypt, P&G, Unilever, Fine and Fay paper companies, etc…
Supervising on marketing activities such as, brochures printing and approving final layouts.
Company Activity: Importing and exporting all safety equipments, work wear in regards to employees working in the field of petroleum, drilling and manufacturing factories.
