Duties include:
Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational for the Building Maintenance (Government Buildings)
One Time Maintenance of Government Schools and Sports Hall as per End-user request.
Leading a team of more than 15 members (Engineers & Inspectors) for managing overall activities involved in Building maintenance, construction & Up gradation.
Arranging Rental dispute inspections and audits involving the review of property & services then submitting the reports.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, reference manuals detailing asset and maintenance processes, and clarifying staff roles.
Prepare and manage the Property & Asset budgets in coordination with the Team & End users.
Assist in the development of 5 to 10 year life cycle plans for the maintenance, operations and disposal of assets, buildings and facilities.
Initiating and Implementing a Green building system/ Energy saving system for all new construction projects as well for Existing Buildings as per Latest DM Green Building Regulations.
Meeting and Liaison with other government bodies (RTA, DEWA, ETISALAT, and DUBAI CIVIL DEFENSE) related to ongoing project and Upgrading of Building Facilities.
Regular Meeting with consultant and contractors for the ongoing project, to ensure that the projects are in line with project deadline.
Acting Head of the Department during Directors Vacation.

Member of Committee of Evaluation of Suggestions raised by Different Department.

Head of committee for Evaluation of DM Assets

Head of the Handing over inspection committee for all DM Projects/assets. Of 3D printer committee.

Leading the team of engineers who conduct inspection of buildings, accommodation, business centers premises etc. to ensure DM regulations.
•Checking the reports of inspectors, verify the points and give recommendations to superiors and instruction to inspectors.
•Inspecting unauthorized and illegal construction works and take necessary penal actions.
•Ensure the building owners are not constructing any additions to the permitted facilities.
•Ensure the safety standards and policy of DM pertaining of housings, buildings, trade center, structures etc.
