Providing required support (Functional and Technical) to the customer in (HR, Payroll and Self Service) and implement customer requirements.
Implementing standard functionality and extensions to (OTL, OLM, IRecruitment).
Assessing the business requirements and mapping it to the Application.
Completing project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology - (prepared project deliverables in both English and Arabic)
Preparing different needed documents for the scope of work based on oracle implementation.
Providing Personalization and Extensions to OA Framework;
Applying customizations using Workflow, Alerts, APIs and AME .
Conducting presentations and live demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application.

•Implementing and Customize AME Oracle Approvals Management business cycle inRelease 12, 11i for (Purchases Requisition, internet expenses, HR).
