• Designed and developed a comprehensive metrics tracking system to monitor service delivery performance, responsibility matrix, and provided management communication with involved functions and key persons.
• Developed strong relationship with contractors and subcontractors to ensure best practice, site readiness and timely delivery of stimulating dynamic project.

• Presented the Visitors Experience team in few projects like the performance venues, F&B service pavilions, kiosks, arts installations, shade structure, public realm thematic districts, parks for the architectural and internal spaces design reviews process, VE scope budget estimates, ensured site readiness and project management liaising with each project members to secure alignment and deliverable set as scheduled.

• Considered all the IP concerns while sheltered the scope gaps occurred during the construction phase.
• Started new framework and approval of the variation orders forming a shortcut Chunnel for top management to ensure the final theming and look meets the IP measurements.
• Secured multimillion dirhams by re-designing many costly designs through a selection of effective material related to the IP.
• Created an integrated online tractable system for the general and milestones inspection of project matters examined technical drawing, mock-ups, general site surveillance, and field view.
