Senior Delivery Manager, Public Realm & Thematic Districts (December 2016 - July 2019)
Design development, and coordinated with exhibitions and programming in the public realm, developed inventive and technical production of dynamic multi-media content to meet visitor experience. Expertly rehearsed delivery content development, from Fifteen Exhibit spaces to eight Venues & 101 Art Installations’. Originate new methods for perfect delivery and utilisation of available resources. Ensured site readiness and review drawings and utilise several project management techniques in a consistent dynamic changing project.
I have developed a strong relationship with stakeholders, PMC & Consultants for the public realm, which ensured meeting the operations requirements and achieved the best practice in showcasing the contents and programming.

• Designed and developed a comprehensive metrics tracking system to monitor service delivery performance, responsibility matrix, and provided management communication with involved functions and key persons.
• Developed strong relationship with contractors and subcontractors to ensure best practice, site readiness and timely delivery of stimulating dynamic project.
• Led team management and delivery process by providing effective line management to direct reports.
• Presented the Visitors Experience team in few projects like the performance venues, F&B service pavilions, kiosks, arts installations, shade structure, public realm thematic districts, parks for the architectural and internal spaces design reviews process, VE scope budget estimates, ensured site readiness and project management liaising with each project members to secure alignment and deliverable set as scheduled.
• Establish and supervise A-Connex system that synchronises with PMC deliverable and submittals for filing all the Visitor Experience division drawings, submittals, reviews and workflows.

Senior Field Art Director (Theming, interior and FF&E, and Facade) (2014 - 2016)
Collaborated with the IP requirements and communicated with multinational vendors for decoration and theming, props fabrications of shows, pre-shows, retails and F&B areas. • Considered all the IP concerns while sheltered the scope gaps occurred during the construction phase.
• Started new framework and approval of the variation orders forming a shortcut Chunnel for top management to ensure the final theming and look meets the IP measurements.
• Secured multimillion dirhams by re-designing many costly designs through a selection of effective material related to the IP.
• Created an integrated online tractable system for the general and milestones inspection of project matters examined technical drawing, mock-ups, general site surveillance, and field view.

Devised complete departmental functionality, project cost estimation, and reviewed financial statements to utilise financial data that enhance cash flow development. Successfully engineered and implemented several new routes to improve route efficiency and cut costs.
