• Implemented improvements to the process of the chain of marine shipments from EMEA regions to the CIS, restored the processes and control in the supply chain (they excluded a risk of 37% delays and impact on sales and manufacturing).
• Providing the timely deliveries of goods and raw materials by coordinating and control over import deliveries (ocean, trucks, air deliveries from contract manufacturers, and SCJ factories, more than 20 countries, Middle East, Europe);

• As a part of responsibilities - knowledge transfer to the Shared Service Centre (UK): coaching, supervision and support of people with Export order management (intercompany flow, EMEA retail);
• Successfully leaded the Project for the changing of terms of all deliveries following the global standard.
• Implemented the full cycle of procedure for deliveries to Central Asia distributors, minimized problem situations on delays of shipments; also there were optimized the procedures of collection the goods by trucks, railway transport, movements of a commodity, and using the bonded warehouse;
• I had been in the project for choosing the complex LSP operator with annual savings for CIS cluster more than 2MM $;
• Minimized transportation cost, and change payment terms of all of the LSP's contracts (cost saving more than 37% annually).
- Organized logistics department from scratch;
- Strategic management of the logistics department: development of strategy (development and adoption of a decision on the opening of regional logistics centres, coordination of regions-centre), inventory management, product distribution management;
- I created and implemented the new delivery schemes, found new warehouses, and new staff in the 12 cities in Ukraine (I opened the 12 customer service points). Due to these innovations, the seasonal sales had been successfully done.
