• Directly leads all employees using team building, coaching, and teaching skills and knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to lead the PM activities in expansion of lean manufacturing to all areas of the plant
• Responsible for budget preparation, planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities
• Supervising and reviewing documentation control of engineering department activities
• Plans and regulates work flow of production department.
• Maintaining scheduled production and meeting production goals and objectives
• Ensures that the scheduling of work shifts for operations employees at the site meets the needs of the plan
• Coordinates work flow with other departments / areas through written and oral contact. Investigates product and process problems and takes necessary action to resolve.
• Hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
