Conducts negotiations, agree and set the objectives and commercial terms to ensure strong performance with the assigned or new clients. -Prospect and develop sales opportunities at existing major customers. -Identify product, market segment and customer growth opportunities and develop appropriate growth plans.
-Provides information to Dept Head/ Manager- Sales reports, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends .-Maintains strong rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. -Ensure customer engagement by proactively identifying any roadblock;-Travel abroad to visit customers, attend events, regional sales meetings etc. as needed; - Understanding market requirements, demand factors and making ongoing recommendations to our purchase department for products in demand, by clearly providing purchase targets. -Develop new customers and recommend new products to the Product Manager to explore new business opportunities and meet revenue targets. Managing the communication from higher to VIP clients, employees & back stuff • Monitoring the sales follow up with customers and after delivery customers to assure high score in CSI. • Plans and implements a sales strategy and payment strategy in conjunction with the Line Manager to achieve sales and payment collection targets. • following with after sales department on PDI and daily service customer for trade in deals. • Monitor competition and market trends to implement promotional activities and gain competitive advantage. • Review weekly and monthly reports as required of market situation, competitor activities, training activities, events and exhibitions
• Responsible for Leadership as well as all sales for the showroom
• Train & monitor new joiners
• Working closely with the marketing department to identify new market, build up new clients relations and working together in events, exhibitions to raise up the showroom sales
• Managing the communication from higher management to VIP clients, employees & back stuff
• Reporting directly to the AREA SALES MANAGER.
• Planning for the showroom target achievement.
• Ordering showroom cars, supervising showroom and sales team needs.
• Working according to monthly & quarter target plane and aiming for a higher market share.
• Manage relevant sales reports to the SALES MANAGER especially about the new clients and new companies to tie up with.
• Responsibility for the company sales target as well as the sales department plan and implement sales strategies.
• Attending and welcoming customers, in the same time making a market research to get new clients (individuals, companies, firms, government departments) to be in the company agenda.
• Full knowledge about Nissan brands and other competitors as well.
• Using the selling skills to convince the customer about the product, knowing when to close the deal after giving a full powered presentation .
• Working under monthly and yearly target plan.
• Follow up with the customers and fulfilling their needs.
