• Serving as Project Manager to deliver Talent Management Initiative which included three stages IT-HR project, Succession Planning, Learning Management System and Certification Tracking, role included, managing the three project stages from Business Requirements Analysis to e-learning solutions design. Project included: HR, Finance, Fire, Police and IT department. After adding new and enhancing existing IT services through several infrastructure projects and upgrades, promoted to provide IT PM leadership assumed an expanded role as the organization undergo a major organizational and business restructure.
Fulfilled the IT Project Manager responsibilities including the stakeholder expectation management, project scope design, procurement management, team (s) formation, risk and cost - benefit analysis.


• Served as LAN designer and project lead to install and upgrade the network physical layer using Fiber Optic cabling as back bone with backup route and Gigabit Ethernet for client connectivity to accommodate both voice and data network services, with scale of 4000+ access points.
• Project Manager of Windows network consolidation through trust relationship for two AD enterprise domains between the HQ and regional offices. The project aim to simplify the share of resources including access to ERP Databases using VPN and Citrix clients. The project served over 150 users including 43 from the finance, investment and internal audit departments.
• Project Manager internet based VPN implementation, duties included planning and implementation of internet based VPN using Cisco Firewall between the HQ and the Regional Office, in two deferent countries.
• Technical team lead, design of infrastructure and support for ERP (Sage Line 500, 600) project, the first phase included accounting and payroll, second phases included the Investments (linked with Bloomberg Service) and Procurements.
• Managed the Project of Video Conference System implementation which is also integrated with Cisco VoIP network. The VC network included two Board of Directors Units (6000 MXP and 8000 MXP) the units where across the Red Sea between the HQ in Dubai and the regional office in Africa. The VC network and service was built on a WAN between the two offices.
• Planned and implemented Citrix technology to support Sage Line 500 and 600 web clients
• Held project management responsibilities to upgrade network infrastructure and telecommunication systems that supported Head Quarter Staff of 200+ personnel, established new IT, information policies and set polices for acceptable use of IT assets.
