Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and closing the project.
Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
Review BoQ and tender specifications to prepare project management plan.
Aide the development of communications system designs to meet the functional requirements of the project.
Preparing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Preparation of annual maintenance plan and testing schedules for the network including OTDR testing, Power Meter Testing and VFL testing.
Generate asset condition reports and recommendation reports for replacement and maintenance of active and passive components in the network.
Overseeing procurement activities by reviewing material submittals and source declaration forms for compliance to specifications as per project scope.
Review proposals and technical submittal from various contractors and consultants.
Preparation of RFI (Request For Inspection) and RFA (Request For Approval) based on completion of works. Assisting client and consultant with site inspection activities.
Review shop drawings and as built drawings prior to client submission.
Liaising with authorities to secure permits and approvals for site related works.
Preparation of material inspection reports for material inspections.
Liaison with engineers and technicians from within the organization and with external consultants and contractors.
Heading the maintenance team for IITS- preparing maintenance plan and attending to maintenance activities. Managing maintenance team for maintenance activities related to fiber works (including preventive and corrective maintenance).
Participating in weekly client meetings to evaluate progress of work packages.
Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.
Participating in technical workshops with DoT to understand system requirements and propose value engineering solutions.
Understanding system requirements; and actively engaging in designing security systems solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier Systems, ANPR) while coordinating with design teams.
Troubleshooting of camera devices in site locations on maintenance calls.
Preparing techno-commercial proposals based on the tender specifications and client requirements.
Client Relationship management - Engaging with existing clients in providing, developing relations with new clients and exploring ways to provide products, consulting and services.
Engaging with suppliers and distributors in technical and corporate events to innovate and develop solutions meeting client requirements.
