• As the second hire, I spearheaded the startup's regional launch, establishing operational and logistics frameworks from scratch and overseeing diverse functions. My strategic use of data analytics for decision-making and pricing optimization led to a significant increase in performance, culminating in a monthly GMV of $320K and effective P&L management to achieve growth.
• Among the launching members which expanded the Tazah vertical in Karachi. Set up 1 main dispatch center and 5 fulfillment centers in the Karachi market.
• Led end-to-end development of operations, logistics systems, route optimization, and sales team’ KPIs.
• Implemented growth strategies resulting in rapid market dominance within months, surpassing longstanding competitors and strategically acquired local traditional players.
