Responsibilities:
•Study and redesign application portals and their processes in order to provide expert analysis on business systems and applications.
•Supports a product owner by helping them analyze the business domain, stocking the product backlog, and grooming the product backlog.

•Involved in Solution Design, Support Development and Testing extensively.
•Sit with the Scrum team day in and day out, and provide support

•Providing Main Front-end Support in ATM, MFI Module, Core Module, RT, CASA, B.C / D.D, LENDING AND CLEARING.
•Configuring and Maintaining up-to 200 Branches of Islamic and Conventional Division
•Maintain documents and provide support for UAT and SIT for finalization Project
•G.L Configuration and Integration plus support
•Security Management (User Management, Password Policy Implementation and Their role administration.
•User Defined Fields Maintenance and their Support
•Livestock MF Products Configuration and their Support
•MSME MF Products Configuration and their Support
•Different Policies Implementation in System as per Audit, Compliance and SBP.
•Configuration Islamic Division Micro-Finance Products and Maintenance Plus Support
•Configuration Conventional Division CASA and RT Products and Maintenance Plus Support
•Configuration Islamic Division RT and CASA Products and Maintenance Plus Support
•Configuration Conventional Division Micro-Finance Products and Maintenance Plus Support
•Micro finance: Loan Booking of Customers, Disbursement to Customers, Recovery from Customers
•Professional correspondence to customers and vendors.
•Handling Branch Banking and Data entry issue on daily basis
•Understand and troubleshoot issues reported by the business user at HO and at branch level
•Support the Branch as well HO users in daily operations.
•Making appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.
•Communicate effectively with the business user and OFFS.
