as a Sr. Contracts Engineer and handling different Projects.
Main Contract:
• The implementation of Contract & Commercial Management Procedures for the
administration of the Contract.
• The review of Conditions of Contract to identify and monitor areas of risk, ambiguities,
conflicts or deviations from the scope of work and the actions required.
• The development and management of appropriate mechanisms to monitor compliance
with contract terms and conditions.
• Administering the main contract in line with project requirements, compliance with
contract notification, certification and response timeframes.
• Issuing Contractual letters and notices to the Employer.
• Monitoring and administering all the contractual issues and working on the related
documentation and notices.
• Preparation of Contractual Claims and ensuring that they are backed by the supporting
documents which include Notices and other technical documents.
• Identification and resolution of Contract claims as they develop, including engagement of
corporate legal department where necessary.
• Obtaining all contract deliverables for timely work handover and close-out of contracts.
• Performing other post-contract duties as required.
Sub-Contracts:
• Preparation of Subcontracts in line with the Main Contract by ensuring the transfer of
potential risks.
• Administering the Subcontracts in line with project requirements, compliance with contract
notification, certification and response timeframes.
• Issuing Contractual letters and notices to the Subcontractors to ensure their compliance.
• Identification and resolution of Contract claims as they develop.
• Preparation of claims and counter-claims.
• Identification and resolution of Contract claims as they develop, including engagement of
corporate legal department where necessary.
• Obtaining all contract deliverables for timely work handover and close-out of contracts.

• Managing the contractual and commercial functions of the projects.
• The implementation of Contract & Commercial Management Procedures for the
administration of the Contracts.
• Preparing the contract documents for execution.
• Administration of the subcontracts and the main contract in line with project requirements,
specifications, contract documents, compliance with contract notification, certification and
response timeframes, tracking changes and monitoring each change through a change
order process.
• Monitoring and administering the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that
contract requirements are met.
• Analyzing the basis and extent of variation. Preparing, submitting and negotiating contract
variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders.
• Preparation of Contractual Claims and ensuring that they are backed by the supporting
documents which include Notices and other technical documents.
• Tracking claims and monitoring progress through the claims resolution process.
• Analyzing claims and identifying merit / validity, if any.
• Preparing contractual letters and Notices for Projects i.e. for Employers and Sub
Contractors.
• Performing other pre and post-contract duties as required.
