•Analyzing business requirements (for new projects/ maintenance/Change requests). Functional requirements gathering & gap analysis.
•Liaise with business contacts and clarify detailed requirements. Coordinate meetings with business, IT project teams & vendors.
•Explore alternatives to address business requirements and assist business in evaluating the different solutions.
•Provide clarification on software and business requirement related doubts/issues to IT project teams
•Take up business issues, where required, with relevant business groups and obtain clarifications
•Assist business in preparation of BRDs and the development team in preparation of Functional Specification and obtain signoffs.
