Study the Scope of Works and Conditions of Contract. Check
all commercial clauses of contracts, terms of payment,
advance payment, payment towards material at site,
retentions, EOT, prolongation cost, liquidated damages.
* To read and understand Architectural, Structural, Interior
Design, MEP & shop drawings. Taking quantities for as per the
construction drawings and Project Specification using Auto
CAD and Onscreen Take-off.
* Take off quantity for site material procurement route.
* Verifying Subcontractor/Supplier Invoices & Issuing Payment
Certificate against the same.
* Preparing Monthly Payment Application with supporting
documents like Inspection reports, marked drawings,
measurement sheets etc., in coordination with site team.
* Supported Project Managers with commercial and contract
management of consultants and contractors to maintain cost-
effectiveness.
* Interacting with consultants for RFI, CVI, Variations, and Bills
etc.
* Estimating & Negotiating for Variation works, Day works &
EOT Claims approval from the Client/Consultant.
* Maintaining and updating all Commercial logs for
Inward/Outward Payments, Variations, Day works,
Subcontractor Insurance, Guarantees/Bonds.
* Involved in projects from mobilization to handover and final
account settlements.
* Preparing Monthly Cost Management report, Daily Productivity
Reports, Cash Flow Projection, Material Reconciliation and
Estimate to Complete.
* Maintaining all Contractual documents like Contract
Agreement, BOQ, Guarantees, Contractual correspondences,
Schedule of Rates, Specifications, Drawings, Variation Work
Orders etc.
* Pre-Contractual works which includes Preparing BoQ, Tender
Floating to Suppliers/Subcontractors, Tender Negotiations,
Tender Reports, Price Comparison Sheets for Vendor
Finalization, and Tendering - make it success/Pre-contract
Conflict Avoidance, Contract Award, Rate Analysis etc
