• Review tender and drawings on Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing plans and prepare quantity needs.
• Able to take off quantity on architectural and civil works.
• Remeasurement of IFC drawings
• Prepare and regularly update accurate costs to sections of the project and analyze.
• Prepare and remeasurement of MEP material quantity take offs from IFC drawings and compare with site construction measurements.
• Prepare MEP BOQ packages for sub-constructors to be tendered.
• Preparing monthly report on Job in Situation report and work in progress report base on construction weekly report to determine the extent and value of the executed works.
• Updating & tracking Request for Inspection (RFI) to ensure timely information for monthly progress claims to the client.
• Assessment of sub-contractors variation and monthly progress claims.
• Monthly IPC preparation for client claims.
• IPC preparation for sub-contractors invoices .
• Attend site meetings/visits and outlining any areas of concern.
• Liaising and communicating with team to ensure that the requirements of the clients are delivered.
• Reviewing tender documents and drawings.
• Prepare MEP & civil take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements.
• Take off quantity for tender and on-going project.
•Prepare BOQ package for sub-constructors.
• Prepare IPC billing to client and sub-contractors invoices.

• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
• Follow-up the work plan and schedule then make progress reports.
• Prepares planned job requirements that includes detailed drawings, specifications, bill of materials, man-hour and personnel/crafts required to perform the job.
• Responsible for the product of process planning as to how and in what order each operation of the job is to be performed thus, it includes proper scheduling of the works.
• Conducts feasibility studies, design and specifications for major projects if necessary.
• Direct reporting to the Supervisor of Work Control/Planning Office.
• Supervise installation of complete electrical and low voltage materials.
• Preparing daily activities, pending jobs, check list, as built drawings, checking of sub-contractor bills and certification.
• Coordination with client and consultant for getting approval clearance before and after installation of electrical equipment..
• Site Supervision for almost 40 personnel/ workers in construction works.
• Check the daily accomplished job reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
• Assist the foreman in the daily activities at the construction site.
• Testing & commissioning of works and handing over.
• Attend, participate, and negotiate bidding of projects.
• Process, prepare and check bidding documents.
• Preparing site progress weekly reports.
• Make a final report of the accomplished project.
• Prepare and submit progress billings and claims
