• Reporting in daily meetings of our daily operational performance to our
clients (TASNEE).
• Preparation of monthly invoices to be charged to our clients (TASNEE).
• Planning and controlling inbound and outbound process according to
freight forwarders and shipping requirements such as vessel ETA date.
• Planning and controlling the number of fleets according to the port
shuttling requirements.
• Instructing the inventory team to prearranging the materials as per
orders
• Maintaining smooth communication with the client (Tasnee petroleum
products and Sadara chemical products) and the freight forwarders.
• Confirm the loading documents and special requirements to proceed
loading.
• Circulate process report on daily basis with client, forwarders and our
team including top management for decision making.
• Instruct the operation team and dispatch team to work with at least
customer complain.

• Preparation of petty cash vouchers and preparation daily cash and bank
balances.
• Computation of income tax of staffs.

• Supervised loading of finished goods for export at the warehouse
• Receiving of raw fish from docks and external cold store into the plant
and transfer from plant to external cold store.

• Teaching and marking of scripts.
