Lead the HR unit being in the company Senior Management Team, and am responsible to oversee the HR team and functions;
Advise the management on Talent acquisition, development and retention strategies;
Adapted a robust Performance Management System (PMS) and got it operational;
With the Senior Management Team, developed 5 yrs HR strategic plan (exit 2020), and annual departmental objectives;
Developed career path guide for the operation department;
