Gathering requirements and change requests from users and converted them into business requirement documents, functional and non-functional requirement documents.
Managing the overall change request processes, identifying system defects and changes needed, conducting the root cause analysis, initiating change request, researching and providing impact estimation, updating the scope of

work, redefining the business process flows, and working with the counter parties to design, develop, and implement the solutions.
Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to user queries and complex requests for business information. Quickly assess complex situation to identify what are the critical issues and appropriate resolution means.
Perform system implementation, conduct UAT and provide post implementation support.
Conduct Testing of cert software, author test scripts and obtained end users sign-off for the developed Solutions. Negotiate requirements with users based on analysis and provide alternate solutions.
Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Issue Resolution and Report Generation to assure that all aspects of a Project are in Compliance with the Business Requirements.
Preparing daily, weekly monthly operational and analytical reports for Mowasalat and for our own management.
Was actively involved in data mining and developing optimization strategies.
Meeting work standards by following production, productivity, quality and resolving operational problems, identifying work process improvements.
Responsible for Business Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Testing, Implementation .
Meeting cost standards by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving actions.
Planning and attending meeting with Mowasalat for project updates and challenges faced with the changing scenarios using PESTLE analysis.
Continuous Quality Improvement of data collection methods and analysis for efficiency and process streamlining purposes of the project.
Participating in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, supervisory sessions, and accepting the responsibility for aiding the development of positive team relationships as requested.
