TCS established the first all-women Business Process Services (BPS) center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2013. The center brings a unique business model to Saudi Arabia and is set to become a rich training ground for building new capabilities, skills, and careers for women in the country. The new center is serving as a building block to localize the BPS industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Major Responsibilities:
•Preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly MIS.
•Identify and report unusual changes, mistakes and errors regarding the accounts to the concerned department and to the customer.
•Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
•Perform ageing analysis on weekly basis.
•To develop the support team and manage the process and projects.
•Assist month end closing by providing monthly accruals, expenses and provisions and detailed analysis is done to monitor financial performance and position of the company.
•Monthly reconciliation of all the accounts to identify open items and ensure the closure of pending items.
•Ensure technical and accounting accuracy and integrity of the work carried out by the Process Team.
•Ensure all new polices and changes are aligned with accounting standards (IFRS).
•Implementation of internal controls to maintain the quality and standardization of work.
•Examine all financial reports and data (on client’s request) closely to check for discrepancies.
Current Project - Al Rajhi Bank
•Reconciliation Department; Nostro, Treasury, Suspense and Assets & Liabilities:
•Preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly MIS.
•Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
•Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
•Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
•Nostro and Treasury - Reviewing daily deliverables of reconciliation team.
•Suspense and A&L - identifying and investigating of differences, following up with respective teams until the closure is received.
•Analysis of books based on daily movement.
•Ensuring Nostro ledger and statement are uploaded accurately and completely.
•Suggesting automation rules and support robotics team to deploy relevant changes in system.
•Coordinating with Robotics Team on daily basis to establish logics and facilitate auto generation of accounts.
