To review appropriateness of applicant's profile and suggesting changes.
Responding to critical and urgent queries of applicants with regards to jobs and vacancies.
- Planning and implementing weekly targets in accordance to a
selected theme, while keeping in mind the present trends.
- Daily team management, monitoring co-workers behavior and
individual progress.
- Reporting to the head of the design team about the teams
weekly progress discussing the challenges faced and how to
build in productivity and efficiency.
- Deciding on the themes colour pallet and trends to follow the
next season by creating story boards and mood boards.
- Giving Presentations.
- Responsible for Designing and selecting the colour scheme for the complete bed linen range for spring/summer 2009 and autumn/winter 2009/10.
- Extensive market research including taking into account customer preference to decide on colour forecast for the coming year.
-Designing cushions, bed sets and table wear.
Graduated with a distinction. Scholarship student for the first three years with the highest marks in class. Attained highest score in Mini thesis. Did a diploma in Ceramic design as taken up as a minor for two terms.
