• Planning for RIO Panel installation and supervision of installation of cable trays, Cable laying, cable continuity checks and termination of cable

• Responsible for change control, cost, schedule, quality and safety through all phases within assigned area
1.Troubleshooting of Electronic & Pneumatic control instruments like Transmitters- Level, Pressure, Flow, Temperature and Pneumatic valves.
2.Commissioning all field instruments and taking them in PLC and DCS.
3.Logic Implementation and Graphics Development in EMERSON DELTA-V (version 8.3 & 11.3) DCS system andAllen Bradley(5/25, 5/60 Ser.), GE-Fanuc PLC's as per process requirement.
4.To establish preventive and periodic maintenance plan by considering production plan and ensure good performance of instruments to minimize break down.
5.Daily attending major and minor breakdown in time to keep the downtime to minimum.
6.Execution of any process modification jobs and project work with optimum resources and planning.
7.Execution of servicing, Calibration and maintenance jobs during annual shutdown.
8.Following Safety procedures like Permit systems, PPE’s usage during the maintenance.
