• Co-ordinating managing and controlling all the functions and activities of each aircraft turn around. Act as the primary point of contact at the aircraft and liaise with various departments and agencies involved.
• Motivating and facilitating team members to achieve safe on time performance while at the same time maximizing the payload in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Customer interaction and grievance handling was also one of the function addressed with diligence.

• Providing Zero Fuel Weight on time to facilitate maximum fuel uplift.
• Incorporating last minute changes on the load sheet within safety limits and monitor available payload to accommodate maximum cargo and passenger load.
• Timely Co-ordination of the information received and communication of accurate information required for the preparation of load sheet.

Licenses held: Narrow and Wide Body Airbus /Boeing aircrafts and Airbus freighter aircrafts
• To lead, supervise and motivate a loading team for a safe and timely loading and unloading of the dead load in an aircraft turnaround.
• Prior to a turnaround check serviceability of the equipment, Special load handling and adhere to timely delivery of baggage and cargo as per the priority on the arrival. Supervise the loading of the aircraft as per the loading instruction document.
• Maintain Safe loading standards at all times.

• Boarding Gates: Responsible to professionally attend and assist passengers at Doha International Airport; to professionally carry out passenger boarding functions at the gate.
• Transfers desk: Responsible to assists passengers while they are in transit by helping them to connect to their onward flights and directing them to airport restaurant for complementary meals. Also handle flight disruptions caused by delays or cancellations due to bad weather or technical reasons.
• Flight disruption unit: Responsible to make necessary arrangements for disrupted flight in terms of alternate flight bookings, baggage identification, change in destination change and printing of passenger boarding pass much in advance of disrupted or delayed flight arrival.
