with overall responsibility of managing scaffolding project to ensure work accomplishment within defined cost and time parameters.
•Supervisor and lead erectors for the erection and dismantling of scaffold.
•Daily inspection as per check list and coordination with HSE department.
•Planning and organizing work meeting, contract time schedule, monitor costs and identify ways to improve efficiency.
•Supervisor of work team and instruct scaffolder about work method & procedures.
•Coaching team member on safety and environmental requirements &responsibility.
•Maintaining regular liaison with the clients throughout the project to spot & iron out area of obstruction.
•Daily toolbox meeting with scaffolding crew.
•Scaffolding & fall protection training, work assignment, job hazard analysis.
•Scaffolding erection plan according to client.
•Control quality and cost of the job.
•Periodically prepared and submitted work progress status report and the Client to keep them informed of the developments.
•Maintaining pre-erection assessment with scaffolding crew & scaffolding register to maintain all safe & unsafe scaffolding
