• Solve critical issues & Handled well control incidents and drilling challenges such as stuck pipe, lost circulation…
• Lead contractor and service companies coordination, material logistics, and Ensure full HSE compliance.

• Permanent official representative of Sonatrach on rig site
• Report directly to the Superintendent, Drilling engineer, perform morning call & audio-conference
• Provide daily reporting & events using Open wells, Excel & SAP
• In charge to carry out drilling issues, realisation wells under best conditions, reduced NPTs, cost, safety & quality
• In charge to apply and execute the drilling program & HSE guidelines
• Identify high risk situations, hazards and adopt preventive & control measures
• Respect and Apply Company procedures & standards rules
• To make Respect the contractual clauses with Contractors of drilling and service campanies
• First person in charge for drilling operations, material and personal present on rig site
• First person in charge near the contractors & service companies for environmental protection & wastes management
• Follow and report the daily cost, Expenditures & well AFE (rig, material, services…)
• Availability 24/7 on the rig
• Control all bodies of Heavy Oil & gas Rigs while rig moving and Reception & pre-spud drilling
• Ability to plan, and execute drilling operations following HSE guidelines
