Schedule, plan and oversee the entire program of work

Select the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete projects scope
Input the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of projects.
Handle respective Managers to set department goals & objectives & work on attaining such goals by monitoring the operations of each department.
Develop & implement procedures & controls to ensure efficient operations.
Review the operating results of all departments, activities & investments in light of budgets & business plans. Compare results to established objectives, & follow up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
Report awarded projects’ progress with clear identification of key issues which impact or may influence the company’s plans & operations.
Report to executive committee on company’s progress & profitability.
review and report on quality engineering specified by the project quality control manual and project plan.
Coordinate with the site QC manager for the completion of as-built turnover documentation
Lead the provision of expertise on Quality Management System (QMS) of the Department and ensure compliance with Company Standards, International Standards and Regulatory Requirements.Monitor and ensure that all Projects executed by the Department are in compliance with Project Quality Plans (PQP).
Oversee the testing activities in the laboratory and ensure that all testing is carried out in accordance with appropriate standards and procedures for accuracy and integrity.
Analyze, resolve and assist workers in solving work problems.
Sign laboratory test reports.
Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly checklists are timely filled and that all items mentioned in these checklists are fulfilled.
Recommend measures to improve testing and quality control procedures and use of equipment.
Responsible for receiving complaints from the customer, handle, analyze and close the complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.
Responsible for the review of nonconforming work.
Responsible for the formulation of an effective and timely preventive action of all nonconforming works to avoid recurrence.
Responsible for reviewing test methods and other activities, results and findings of corrective and preventive actions.
