Manage all IT facilities in line with SLAs, by:
• Ensuring availability of all required IT facilities
• Ensures access to the users of the facilities;
• Assist evaluation of user needs and facilities’ functionality;
• Participates in the installation of new systems in the Datacenter,
• Ensuring regular audits and risk analysis of the facility infrastructure are conducted.
• Contribute to project management by ensuring adequate and proper capacity and planning is done
• Maintains the Datacenter infrastructure and EMS.

IT systems access in line with SLAs, by:
• Ensure that the right people have correct access to the right systems
• Ensuring that information is securely available to users
• Ensuring all systems are protected from unauthorized access
IT security in line with SLAs, by:
• Ensuring protection of information and information systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification or destruction
Email Creation and Distribution
• Ensures that HR sends the list of new staffs that needs to be created.
• Creates email accounts for new staffs
• Ensures that newly created accounts are updated on the various distribution groups that the user is authorized to be added to.
• Ensures that all exited staffs are deactivated once HR authorizes that the users should be deactivated and later deleted.
SLA Management
1. Ensures Infrastructure components and services are adequately administered and monitored
2. Maintain and update Internal and External SLA documents
3. Maintain relationship with service providers.
4. Keep abreast of technological Infrastructure advancements
Key Performance Area;
1. Provide timely and consistent access to systems;
2. Ensure the integrity of data produced by systems;
3. Monitoring of performance of the IT Infrastructure and Data Center. 99.9% availability.
4. Satisfaction of both users and any service providers;
