-Design and manage the state portal and MDAS (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) websites

-Design solutions for MDAS using CRM (customer relationship management).
-Managing the state intranet porter using SharePoint. SharePoint enables the staff to share documents, assign and keep track of tasks and events using calendar.
- Manage the state mail system i.e. creation of official email accounts for users and manage the entire mail system
