steam Flood, Area 11 Project, Duri, Riau Management contract and providing
contracting strategy. Review and analysis of term and condition, negotiation, technical
bid analysis, propose and negotiation claim, contract correspondence and
documentation. Prepare subcontract agreement, issue award and maintain good relation
among Subcontractor and Client. Coordinating and monitoring progress. Review of
contract document and recommend any change of design /modification for increase
efficiency and effectiveness. Monitoring progress and prepare project status report.
Liaison with client and construction team for any deviation.
Achievement : Project was proceded conform with contractual requirement and
specification.

Project: Pertamina Cilacap Refinary maintenence Project
Managing repairing, refurbish refinery equipment, heater pipe piping and valve.
Realigment coupling motor, turbin, Pump, etc. Replacement bearing, repairing Vessel
katalisator, cleaning and chemical cleaning, reapairing/replacing structure steel and
support etc.
Achievement : Project was completed on schedule.

Truba jurong engineering for Sulfindo/Kobe Steel co ltd.
Project : Sulfindo, Chloor Alkali Plant project included demolished existing plant,
installation whole works : civil, equipment and piping, electrical and micelenious. On
Bojonegara, Cilegon, Banten.
Achievement : Project was succesfully completed on schedule, no fatal accident, within
budget and conform with contractual requirement and specification.
