Client: Leading Retail Bank headquartered in Canada.
Scope: Migrate the current estate as-is from multiple legacy Data Centers into IBM Cloud Data Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage the Discovery and Due-Diligence phase, support the affinity grouping planning and scheduling
the waves as per the signed off affinity mapping created.
• Identify and onboard the resources and plan the resource mapping and RACI for the migration activities.
• Identify risks and prepare risk response and mitigation plan.
• Conduct Pre-Migration readiness and health checks for each wave, which includes target readiness and network
enablement.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to create the Run-Book for the migration event and get it
approved by all stakeholders.
• Interface with Client Application owners to get the OAT/UAT test cases ready and signed off.
• Lead the Migration Cutover for each wave, monitor the communications and manage issues resolutions.
• Create and provide Weekly Pre-Migration status reports to Senior Leadership
• Provide hourly status reporting during the Migration Cutover which feeds into the migration RAG status for the
program.
• Support the Hyper-Care period and ensure closure and proper handover of wave documentations.
• End-To-End Ownership of the assigned migration wave from Discovery to Support handover.
• Provided directional leadership to a globally distributed delivery team and have successfully migrated over 450+
workloads.

Scope: Transformation and migration project of the Clients Legacy Estate into the Capgemini Cloud Estate, in a Multi-
Vendor environment and be responsible for end-to-end Project Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Solution Architects to design the target landscape requirements and derive resources and cost.
• Create workorder/project charter for each transformation project and represent it till approval.
• Engage with steady support team and develop the sign off and handover quality parameters.
• Engage with the internal and external resources and create project plan and project schedule.
• Manage the daily budget burn and ensure the project is within budget.
• Document the Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies and Issues, and have risk responses and mitigation plan prepared.

• Create and publish Weekly status report which directly inputs into the Accounts RAG status.
• Manage the complete end to end Project Life Cycle, including managing the vendor and the client resources

• Conducted discovery to create inventory of supportable devices and services.
• Created & Maintain the Schedule for the entire Program using MS Project.
• Tracked the Issue / Risks of the entire Program and report in the weekly governance meetings.
• Engaged and manage Global Technical Resources to deliver the project plan as per schedule.
• Liaised with external third-party vendors as part of the project implementation.
• Conducted Daily Stand-up meeting with all delivery leads to monitor and track the progress of the project delivery.
