guidelines, for example, on the use of timber from
sustainable supplies.
- Prepare in-house estimates, derive cost, valuate
variation order and analyze financial bids.
- Evaluation of weekly work accomplishment and
monitoring for project activity.
- Study problems, develop solutions, and make plan
procedures to make sure that objectives and
deadlines are met as scheduled and maintain high
standard of workmanship in high production and
best quality.
- Prepares the materials for roads, drainages,
sewerages, water supply system and house
construction.
- Implement projects as per plan and carry
supervision of pipe laying for drainages, sewerages,
water system and house construction.
- Coordinate with lower rank personnel for manpower
distribution and scheduling.
- Coordinate with specialty trade subcontractors.
- Report on weekly work accomplishment.
