Responsible for coordinating and supervising the design implementation on site, and in charge of ensuring design quality, leading site meetings with different parties, managing design changes, documentation as well as overall administration.
Duties:
• Involved in the urban planning, design and construction of buildings.
• Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates and reports.
• Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches.
• Writing reports, site visits and oversee the on- going project constructions
• Provide 3D designs or 2D designs as required
• Liaising with sub contactors to ensure compliance with order documentation.
• Advising on planning application
Responsible to manage and supervise the implementation of the project on site, and in charge of reviews of drawing, material approvals, ensured quality design, coordinates with the contractors, managing changes, documentation and provide reports /correspondence to the project manager.
Duties:
• Reviews and approved all architectural shop drawings
• Checked and approved architectural materials submitted by the contractor
• Assist and supervised the contractor’s work to ensure compliance with the specification stated on the contract documents.
• Writing correspondence, progress reports and accomplishments of the project.
• Advising on proper submittal of the documentations
I was responsible to assist client in visiting the construction site to evaluate the situation, orientation, topography and background of the proposed location prior to prepare preliminary sketches. Provide orientation to client regarding the design concept of the project based on the actual site situation including the building code application. Using AutoCAD and other software I have produced 3D presentation to the client in order to visualize the realistic view of their proposed project.
Duties:
• Conduct site inspection and evaluation with the clients
• Prepare layouts and preliminary sketches of the project
• Coordinates with the Manager and clients for final conceptualization of the project
• Prepare complete architectural working drawings and details
• Prepare estemara and complete electrical drawings
• Prepare complete sanitary / plumbing drawings
• Prepare 3D presentation for the client
