Overall responsible for executing company's job site safety policy. Conducting site safety induction/orientation for new workers & site visitors. Provide training for all site working personnel including site foremen & sub-contractors regarding site safety work habits, including fire suppression, lay out heat stress program specially during hot season. In charge of scaffoldings erection & maintenance throughout the project. Liaising with two site resident consultants & the ministry representatives for yearly HSE Audits along with site inspections. Prepare Risk Assessment & Method Statement for different site work procedures in all discipline for submittal. Documenting Monthly HSE Dashboard Update for billing purposes. Hold meetings with site engineers & foremen for HSE awareness, monitoring & update on safety policy.
All trainings & workshops obtained are OSHA based
