In my current role, reporting to the Project Director, I am responsible for managing the technical design delivery and commercial management of projects, with specific emphasis on client management and relationship development, delivery process management, technical and financial risk management, change control, resource monitoring and programme management. I also monitor scope delivery in line with contract terms and conditions, procurement and management of specialist sub-consultants, manage complex multi-disciplinary construction tender process and timely authority
approvals. I also lead Value Engineering workshops with the team and the Cost Consultant to ensure
project construction budgets are met. I am also involved in developing bids and opportunities.

• Review the scope and define deliverables against services. Review the deliverables against the resource schedule and programme to establish performance against spend and programme
• Preparation and maintenance of the project programme

• Prepare and agree budgets for the internal spendings of the various stages of the design, as well as the various disciplines breakdowns and specialist inputs based on historical data and resource usage
