RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in employee hiring and firing procedures
• Ensuring smooth Joining formalities

• Maintain records of due dates of the renewal of labour cards/visa/passports and prepare papers for new visa application, renewals and cancellation/termination of employees to be submitted to the PRO.
• Coordinate and perform operational support for activities for the unit; serve as a liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
• Modifying specialized forms and letters and related material.
• Issuing company circulars such as announcing public holidays, issuing memos, etc.
• Reports to PR Manager all the problems related to visas, labour relation.
• Assisting the PRO in needed government documents to be process
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with company personnel and with management.
• Provide administrative / secretarial support for the department / division such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
