Day to day deck and rigging duties on the Enquest project, installing new spools and major conversions on the
Vessel. Also major lifts to and from the vessel .and the running of the deck and men, timesheets, daily reports, and relaying info back to the client.

Rigger

Deck Crew Duties - utilizing banksman and slinging skills during the loading and unloading of supply
vessels, the movement of equipment and machinery around offshore installations. I am skilled in the use of both visual and audible signaling during crane operations.

Carrying out the role of Performing Authority (PA) during the undertaking of tasks which require a permit to
work. I am knowledgeable on the roles of both performing and area authority in relation to the integrated
safe system of work. (ISSOW) Permit to work system.

Fire Fighter - working as part of a team in emergency instances involving fire, flooding, hazardous
substance spillages, entrapments and confined space entry whilst also using medical training to administer
first aid on casualties.

Helideck - I work as part of a team that is responsible on a daily basis of the landing and departures of
helicopters on and off the platform. I am also trained to refuel helicopters and am a trained helideck fire fighter. I also provide instructions and training to colleagues and outside agencies on subjects such as Health and Safety, Safety Intervention, Fire Safety, First Aid, Confined Space Entry, Rope Access, Scaffolding and the use
and maintenance of breathing apparatus and airline equipment (DRAGER and SABRE Systems).

Employed offshore on both platforms and semi-submersible s in the role of a rigger. I am
Competent in the undertaking of risk assessments and the drafting of rigging plans whilst utilizing
fellow riggers and lifting skills during the removal and installation of pipe/steel work and also major assemblies
such as sea water lift pumps, turbines, gas compressors and bundles. Responsibilities associated with deck
operations involved a day to day movement of supplies and resources around offshore installations.
Preparation and manifesting of materials for back load and the unloading of supply vessels and bunkering
of potable water and diesel. I was an active member of platform, helideck and fire team, undertaking tasks
such as helicopter refueling, passenger and freight management and standby emergency fire cover during
helicopter landings.

Over 20 years' experience in rigging/deck crew/ with the last 16 years working offshore in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience in rigging heavy lifts working on vessels cable laying / ROV and dive support projects. Banksman duties, slinging and rope access. I have been involved in various types of major project s in the UK and abroad, ranging from ship building, wind farms, construction of new oil and gas power stations, heavy wall pipe, valve installation, erection, conversion and shut down work. Power station, boilers, petrol chemical sites, gas and oil production platforms, topsides, jackets, f.p.s.o. ships, transportation of heavy loads, crane coordination, multi crane lifts, deck topsides and jacket installation. I always adhere to strict health and safety guidelines and all L.O.L.E.R and P.U.W.E.R lifting regulations. Also daily tool box talks and risk assessments. It is my duty as Offshore Construction Supervisor on board to plan & control work activities, supervise deck crew deck foreman, riggers etc. deliver lift plans, tool box talks JSA's and ensure Permit to work system is inhered to, I conduct daily meetings with the Client and Offshore manager to cover last & next 24 Hrs. I manage and control all rigging & lifting equipment on board gathering all certificates, making sure all equipment is valid, colour coded and in safe working order, if there is no certificates or the equipment is defected it is immediately taken out of service and re ordered. I am a self-motivated individual I consider myself to be trust worthy punctual and honest.

I have worked on numerous major upgrades, hookup operations and also vessels within the North Sea region and also in other various countries worldwide, including the Bonga Project and a number of major shut downs for CAPE Industrial Services, SALAMIS Offshore, RBG Limited, Saipem, OGN, AMEC, Wood group, Petrofac, McNulty Offshore Construction and Wind power Energy Limited. I have good knowledge in vessel operations, movements, navigation screens, ROV operations, umbilical flexi lay using (HLS) horizontal lay system, cable lay, heavy lift operations, module installation top side, FPSO mooring installation deep water, mid water arch, monopile & TP installation using heavy duty Menk hammer, production trees, jumper installation & removal both flexi and rigid, Riser installation from vessel to FPSO, mattress installation using lifting frame, mobilization of vessels, de mob, sea fastening, welding plans, deck plans I also have a good understanding in Lift Plans, Task plans and procedures
