Key Projects To Credit:
• Establishment of 350 ha of reed beds in the Nimr region for the purification of production water from the Nimr oilfields in Oman
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning plant production and planting schedules in liaison with sub-contractors as well as coordinating requisite transportation/logistical facilities to ensure smooth execution of onsite activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managed business planning/forecasting processes, improved business performance, managed company resources and controlled assigned spending budgets to attain organizational sales goals.
• Monitored air freight scheduling of exports to Japan, Europe and United Kingdom as well as sea freight scheduling of exports to Italy and the Seychelles and ensured efficient, cost-effective/lawful execution of all transportation activities.

• Assumed overall responsibility for management and administration of Pinzgauer stud comprising 300 breeding cows and Pinzgauer X Brahman commercial herd comprising 1000 breeding cows.
• Devised budgets, performed variance analysis and compared actual results with the defined budgets while ensuring affirmation with business strategies.
• Supervised the activities of two packing houses and three workshops for maintenance for farming units as per set standards.
• Directed the preparation and maintenance of periodic reports to keep the upper management abreast of farm operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities :
• Supervised overall activities of Bonsmara stud consist of 450 breeding cows and Bonsmara commercial herd included with more than 3000 breeding cows.
• Planned and organized Artificial insemination operations on all cows/ heifers and sustained maintenance of overall activities within the corporation.
• Implemented all aspects of commercial piggery consist of 1000 sows and manage to solved the issues of piggery.
• Conducted budget plans monthly management of financial positions of the organization as well as provided reports/ information’s to the head office (STK).
